Day 3 Chalenge:Walk and feel better 7 day fat fast 5 carbs or less for 3 weeks Managed the walking, Trying hard to push my fat up best was 86%, To keep below 5g of carbs is the hardest. Just going to keep it lower than 50g for now. Feeling positive. I've got this.
