Day 3
Chalenge:Walk and feel better
7 day fat fast
5 carbs or less for 3 weeks
Managed the walking,
Trying hard to push my fat up best was 86%,
To keep below 5g of carbs is the hardest. Just going to keep it lower than 50g for now.
Feeling positive.

yes it is a little work at first but it gets so much better in a few days...really proud you are trying so hard....you may be one of the achievers in this challenge. being in Ketosis is a special place to be....enjoy the benefits.
