Good workout! I was doing about 12 minutes running at a 5 1/2 level on the treadmill, which was really kicking my butt, but then I worked out one time with my weigh higer and wrecked my knee. It's been 4 months now. It's about 80% really. I'm really hoping I can get back again.

Thanks all. Warren that's pretty good running. We just run around in a circle in a gymnasium. Class is small and a lot of the woman are chatty Cathys. I don't see how u can utter a word while doing four mins of crunches/twists but ... It's on the corner and cheap and gives me a nice burn twice a week. I do worry about my knees too just bc. I try to be careful. My flight isn't nonstop(ugh) so with that its a six hr ordeal. Taking a lil plane to San Pedro then a boat to resort. Probably twenty mins for both. DH has been there before but I have not. Normally we go to Negril but this time we r trying Belize🤗 I just hope it's not a rainout. I can't wait to see the fish and coral. Second largest reef, here I come.

What is the exercise you do called a walk out?

U stand up and then walk out on your hands into a plank then walk up and stand up then repeat
