Body weight is so unpredictable. I'm down 2 pounds this morning. It's a pleasant surprise because last night I couldn't resist stopping at my favorite bakery for chocolate cake and ice cream (dessert before dinner!) I only ate half of it though. Dinner was chicken and veggies. I used Trader Joe's Green Dragon Hot Sauce on the chicken. Love that stuff!
