I had a very successful weekend sticking to my diet. I added a new challenge of not eating after 7pm (if possible). I have done this the passed 4 days and feel great in the morning. I even rejected the snacks at my friends place over the weekend. Feeling really good about the week ahead. Tomorrow is day 6 of the 30 day shred for me, keeps me motivated.
I am also starting the sit-up challenge tomorrow. My core can use the extra attention.
