We weigh in this week for biggest loser at my school. I've been gaining weight, although I don't think I've been gaining in size. Weirdly enough, even Angel thinks I've lost weight. I keep telling myself that I will see the numbers go down after I start going to Angel's FITT and her personal training more frequently, and I hope I do. Mr. Livingston and Ms. Cortez are both in the competition, and they are hard core!!! LOL
Well, I did weigh in at 194 the other week -- I was upset and relieved at the same time. I turned to Cassie and said, "Um... it's muscle gain." She agreed, but I think that's bull LOL Those numbers better start going down! The good thing about being 194 was that I think if I really worked out, I'd push those numbers down really quick.
I was at Pat's work after school on Friday to ask if anyone wanted to order any AdvoCare products. The ladies in accounting, who hadn't seen me in months, said I look fabulous. They said not only did I lose so much weight, but that I looked SO HEALTHY!!! Of course I do. I take Max3 LOL That stuff has everything to fill in whatever blanks you've got LOL
Pat, who thinks I'm going to lose interest in selling AdvoCare in a few more months, was clearly surprised by the reception. Everyone in that office knew about the products. Everyone used to drink Spark, but apparently the distributor who used to sell them the goods stopped working there. Lisa, their manager, asked what my website was and ordered a box of Spark then and there. Bam. A sale! She even put my website as one of her favorites.
And Pat, who flat-out told me she wasn't willing to sell any products at work, all of the sudden said Angel and I could do a mixer in their dealership on Friday, Sept. 23. Excuse me??? Really??? You better believe Angel and I jumped at that. We're so excited!!!
I sometimes think that things just happen for a reason. A year ago, Angel wouldn't have gotten me to do anything but order stuff for myself at a discount. Now I just try to learn as much as I can how to sell. I've never had so much fun in my life. I didn't think I'd really be able to sell anything, but I like that it forces me to talk to people and be more social. I used to never talk ... now I do, except Dajuana says it's always, "WANT TO BUY SOME SPARK????" Lorry calls me Sparky LOL
So, I look forward to so many things!!!!
1. Tuesday: I will be an official ADVOCARE ADVISOR. I feel like I need to go out and get a business suit or at least new underwear to celebrate LOL
2. Friday: The mixer at Pat's work!!! It will be awesome!!! Angel and I are going to go in there, and we're going to OWN IT. IT'S ON. As my kids say, it's going to be SQUARE BIZNESS. That's right, IT'S SQUARE BIZNESS!!!
3. I turn 38 next Monday!!! Wow!!!! I'm freakin' old!!!!!! LOL But I'm happy because I feel like things are just falling into place in my life, like that saying, "LET GO, LET GOD." Well, I'm letting go, and God sure is taking care of me. I'm so content right now.
