I just finished my P90X legs and back workout. I am told the 24/7 soreness goes away but I still feel the burn from my arms and shoulders workout a couple of days ago. It's a good thing I guess. The abripper workout is nuts! For someone who has terrible abs like me, it's incredibly hard to even complete.

The good news other than still at it is that my protein shakes are soooo good! Low in calories and with half a banana and an ounce of frozen blueberries blended with ice, it's like eating ice cream but with great nutritional value. Do you guys and girls do shakes.

Curious...does FS have a Facebook page? I have a few so I thought about this today.

HI!! great on the workout!! YUP my own "smoothie/shake" in the am. 3/4 cup of kale (when greens are in my garden it's fresh mixed greens), 3 oz banana, 1 TBS each of wheat germ, nutritional yeast and flax seed, a piece of nori, and buttermilk or almond milk. Gets me through the am. YUMMO!! Easy to toss together and drink it on the 20 min or so drive to work.

That's a lot of stuff! You probably get a big energy boost about an hour later?

How many ounces are your shakes/smoothies?

Overall, I am not sure since it expands with the blending but here is what went into the nutribullet blender today: 2/3 cup no fat milk, 1.8 ounce banana, 1 ounce blueberries, 1/2 cup optimum 100% weigh protein (vanilla flavor), 5 ice cubes. I can fill 1 1/2 16 ounce glasses. I will put it in the freezer for a little while and eat it with a like ice cream. Really delicious and takes care of my sweet tooth at times.

I make a smoothie with 3C frozen grapes, 2 C packed spinach, 8oz cold green tea and an avacado. I love it but I drink it all. Probably shouldn't. 😆
