Unfortunately, it was a horrible week at work. I had a bid due at Noon yesterday. Even though we knew it was coming, we didn't have all of the details or even the forms from the customer. We received the final info late Monday so I pretty much worked on the bid to the expense of all other work this week. I even stayed up, working, until 2 a.m. Friday morning. My boss was on line that late too, so I wasn't the only one.
Even though it was a tough week, I did get in some WATP sessions, just not every workout day. The WATP challenge booster was to take a multivitamin every day. I made it about half the time.
Eating was hit or miss (must have been a little more hit since I went down a bit).
I will perform better this coming week! Hope there's a little less of all of us next week.
