Hey Liz, thought I would take a look at your diet and see if I could help any with your weight gain. I know it is frustrating. It has happened to me, but only a few times. I can work out like crazy, eat right and not loose! I get upset, but I remember the next day or so I will probably loose 1.5-2 lbs. You aren't keeping up with your food diary here, so I am sorry I can't offer more advise. But here is what I can say: don't give up!
