I currently do not own a scale. I don't think this is a bad thing, but I would like to weigh in. I am going to my father's house a week from friday. I want to see a change. No, I a going to see a change. I did my workout this morning and ate a nice breakfast. I feel great!

To keep this feeling alive after work I am going bowling. I hope tomorrow I will be back with some good news!!
