it might take 22 hours for me to fast, but it does work. I usually have a higher weight loss than today's 1.5 lbs, but it does work. This is just for individuals that are accustomed to fasting, so I do not recommend it to newbies. First start gradually and when you are able to fast more than 16 hours a day for 5 days, then you are ready to fast 24 hours. Best wishes to everyone.
