Okay 22 days down, and a lifetime to go. A few things are getting easier, planning meals and drinking water. I have decided that packing my food for the day is not so bad afterall. Actually I find some comfort in knowing what I will consume for the day. I am beginning to like water, at first it was difficult to drink all my water and now I drink more than 8 glasses per day. I only allow myself one diet drink per day, and Oh how I really look forward to it. For me the hard part is dedication to exercise, each day I go with full intensions to work out but many days it gets squeezed out of my schedule. Today I will partake in exercise.

Glad to hear that eating's getting easier. As for exercise, if you have time at work, take a quick walk. Keep going!

I think I have the same problem as you with the exercise. I have got the eating down and have been doing really good but I am not losing any weight. I guess that is letting me know how really important the exercise is. Keep doing what you're doing, good for you..
