It is very hard when your schedule forces you to work two jobs, both labrous.

I am not sure if I've lost or gained.

So finding a set schedule is key.

Have you considered getting a BodyBugg it tracks all your calories more precisely than a pedometer. I used to use one, but it was kind of a waste since I didn't get that much activity. Since you work two strenuous jobs you're probably burning tons of calories already!
