LOVE LOVE LOVE my daily plan. Eating so much fresh nutritious yummy food is a blessing and losing weight is just a bonus! I still get to enjoy one of my favourite things Smoked Salmon Daily, no longer having it on naughty toast. But on a rye cruskit with some cottage cheese for extra protein. Two snacks, 2 nutritional Smoothies and 1 colourful wholefoods meal <3 I finally have my metabolism boosting tea back SO happy.
