So I had a good/bad weekend. It was good because I had 2 big days where there was be a lot of temptation and I was able to stay at or below my target calories. It was bad because of Sunday. I ate way to much. I'm not upset that I did because I was hungry and it's not like I ate enough to put on any weight. But when you're working so hard to loose it feels like a setback.

On the other hand I have finally lost enough weight for my bar to be out of the red and into orange. Another thing that makes the large intake on Sunday not feel to bad!!

I know what that is like you get so far and it's still in the back of your head! I always remember on days like that that one day will not ruin all the hard work!! You're doing amazing, keep up the good work!!
