Today I ate with family. I tried to eat what I thought would have more protein and fat, it was not easy to judge. I am not used to thinking like this. I can not wait until I have done it enough to make it part of my way of thinking. It was really hard to stick to low Carbs and high fat with my family. I have never turned down people who are older than myself when they suggest things. I guess this comes from being raised around Japanese, Indian, and Chinese relatives.

I am thinking about fasting tomorrow...
