unbelievably, i've lost 2kg since starting this diet. that means several things, i'm burning about 1700 calories a day, i can lose a kilo in only 3 or so days, extra exercise does make a difference so i'm simply going to do it every day for the rest of my life, and it actually isn't as hard to lose those last few kilos as countless diet books have led me to believe. well i am halfway now, so with any luck, my last two kilos will be gone by the end of next week and i can start adding calories back.
104.3 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
