Absolutely beautiful day today. WL yoga, then couple loads of wash, watched US Open, caught some rays on the deck, moved construction stuff in the garage and mowed the lawn. I've actually lost 48 lbs since January this year. As soon as I pick up 1 or 2 lbs, get really serious for a few days. Want to stay below 130, but would like to get down to 126 eventually.
129.0 lb Lost so far: 48.0 lb.    Still to go: 3.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
