in a self control course I have learned that when someone is trying to break a habit, you must reward yourself punish yourself harsh enough to make the activity worth more out of dislike for the punishment. when it comes to working out and staying under my calories, what do you guys suggest as a way to restrict not wanting to work out or the temptations to overeat?
