Weight hasn't been changing but feeling much better as colleagues have noticed the recent weight loss :)

Keep it up everyone - will power! so hard...!
180.0 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
