This is the first day of me monotoring what I consume.. I am way overweight and I feel old and ugly.. I have to change my head in order to change my body.. I haven't been taking care of myself since I lost my beloved sister. I did quit smoking and that changed my body plenty too.. This is going to work this time and I am gonna get my sexy back.
