Today was really the first day back in a routine since last fall. I watched what I ate all day - however, looking at the food list, I ate 83 grams of fat. WOW, that's awful! Lesson - look at the fat content of food BEFORE eating it.
Treat for the day - venti pumpkin spice latte from Starbucks (yes, I had whipped cream). I didn't know they had pumpkin spice already. Yum, that's my favorite (otherwise, I just get a plain latte). Interesting price difference at the Bloomfield Starbucks - plain venti latte = $3.85; pumpkin spice venti latte with whipped cream = $5.08. That will not/cannot happen very often.
Ran an errand for DH during an early lunch - picked up his art book for school. I remembered why I don't like going to that school during the day - too many people look like thugs. Went through the Wendy's drive thru for 2 jr. bacon cheeseburgers and half a spicy chicken caesar salad.
Have to study (1 chapter for each class) and do my exercise (2 miles legs & thighs with fit cuff).
I'm already looking forward to my "rest day" tomorrow!
