3 years ago I started my weight loss journey and was 59kgs after travelling in Europe for a year I gained 10 kgs. I fell pregnant and gained a total of 22KGs in 9 months. After my beautiful daughter was born it took me 9 months to loose all that weight and I now weigh 68KGS. After she was born I did not do anything at all to loose the weight so I guess nature just ran its course or it is the breastfeeding. I do wish I worked out or went on a diet but I am back now and determined to weigh 55KGs. I do not want to be skinny I want to be FIT! Starting with Kayla Itsines today and I am so excited :)
