P90X3 is a very tough workout, that targets all parts of your body. They are 30 min workouts, but at a faster pace. The cardio parts are not the greatest unless you have a decent amount of room, but the rest of the discs are very good. Its a lot of core exercise and balancing. The original P90X taught you how to do the moves better and showed you modifications how to make the exercise easier, but each workout on that was an hour or more.
