So today I start up my P90X3 and sort of looking forward to it. The last time I did this I lost 30lbs and that was without watching what I eat. I'm already at the weight that I was when I did P90X3 the last time, so kinda excited to see the results this time around.

I'm clueless, what is P90X3?

P90X3 is a very tough workout, that targets all parts of your body. They are 30 min workouts, but at a faster pace. The cardio parts are not the greatest unless you have a decent amount of room, but the rest of the discs are very good. Its a lot of core exercise and balancing. The original P90X taught you how to do the moves better and showed you modifications how to make the exercise easier, but each workout on that was an hour or more.

Be sure you dont cut calories too much while doing that strenuous a workout.

Def won't cut calories, but I might add a little more protein.
