I was going to skip this week's weigh-in because of how poorly I ate last week, but this morning I realized that part of this journey and lifestyle change is admitting when bad/poor decisions were made and not denying they happened, but accepting them. I had a very bad week. I only stuck to my diet for a couple of days and then indulged in whatever I wanted the rest of the week.
It happened, it will happen, and now I will move on. One bump does not disrupt an entire journey.
