3139 kcal Fat: 142.06g | Prot: 233.45g | Carb: 236.34g.   Breakfast: Coffee with Cream and Sugar, Cheddar Cheese, Boar's Head Black Forest Deli Ham, Fried Egg, Butter, Wonder 100% Whole Wheat +Fibre. Lunch: Olive Oil, Green Giant Niblets Corn, Peas and Carrots (Frozen), Pork Chop (Lean and Fat Eaten). Dinner: Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Dairyland Coffee Cream, Grated Dry Cheddar or American Type Cheese, Broccoli. Snacks/Other: Miss Vickie's Sea Salt & Malt Vinegar Chips (40g), Cantaloupe Melons, Beatrice 1% Chocolate Milk. more...
