6x5(failed last one) Benchpress @ 110lb, 6x5 (could have done more but grip gave out) Deadlift. 6x5(failed at 4th set) barbell curl @ 70lbs
gained 1-2 pounds, hopefully water or some muscle since i haven't deviated from 1200-1500 cal diet, high protein.
