Today has been hectic...didn't get nearly as much school work graded as I had planned...
They put my dad in the hospital last night...some sort of infection (not swine flu or anything). Have been worried.
Felt hungry this afternoon...probably from stress.
Didn't really focus on my food today (proportions of calories/fat/protein) but still worked out pretty good. A little shy on the protein and about 30 calories over...maybe that means this is becoming more of a habit with me...Hope so.
