Went on the treadmill - yay me! I couldn't run without coughing up a lung, so walked pretty briskly (4mph) and threw in a few spurts of running (5.5) every 7 min or so for as long as I could (usually like 2 min max, lol) the main focus of this is I felt like crap, went on anyways and now feel better because of it! So glad for buddies on here and in life to keep me going!
