Finally I hit milestone # 2. It has been a long journey of cutting out most processed foods with sugar or flour, and learning portion control along with stopping snacking. I always wondered how other people could eat so little and survive, when it turns out I was eating way too much, as food was one of my few comforts in life. I don't think I could have done it without first making changes to live a stress free lifestyle. Here's to loosing almost 40 lbs and moving into stage 3 with the final 20 lbs I choose to loose. Hip Hip Hooray for me!!
200.0 lb Lost so far: 24.0 lb.    Still to go: 21.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
