I made myself a challenge. I need to go down to 58kg in 5weeks. Which means that every day i need to loose more or less 0.180g. body fat. Number seems to be reasonable enough so let's give it a go.
I want to decrease my BMI from 23.3 to 20.8 which is much healthier choice than being on the line of being overweight.
I just really hope that love of my life will evaluate my effort to look better than the last time we saw each other which was 8months ago... I want to look the best when we meet on February. 💖
140.4 lb Lost so far: 5.1 lb.    Still to go: 19.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
