Back on track mentally with my diet. I think it's because I slept ok last night. Beef burger with an oz of mozzarella. I went shopping again at Dicks sporting outlet. Very dangerous! I got a few summer shirts and didn't get the pants I wanted.

Thanks everyone. If you need winter stuff, Dicks is loaded with sales. I didn't get any but hope to in a month or two.

I’m the same way. The better I sleep, the better my blood sugar levels get and a lot less cravings or feeling hungry! Sleep is so important. 7-8 hrs a night is ideal. Most nights I get 6-7. WISH I could deep 8-9! Your burger meal looks delicious!!

I've had a terrible cough and not sleeping well at all (sinus infection/bronchitis). This explains my sugar cravings. Thanks for the insight...this make sense now.
