Ok, I found out today that I was reading the gym scale wrong. LOL So I thought I was starting at 156 last Friday when I was really 164. I was mixing up the kilograms with pounds. That will teach me to try to read it squinting w/o glasses on!! hahahahaha

(today I'm 162, but I'm not putting in a weigh in until Friday 9/2 ~ woo hoo!!! So even though I was off originally by 8 lbs - I lost 2 since I started 8/26 so now my original count was only short by 6lbs!!!)

I am heading to Houston tomorrow for my hair appointment & to pick up a few things! I think I'll make it my free/cheat day since I won't be at the gym anyway so I won't have to be so intense w/the protein etc. Hmmmm lol I don't even want to cheat or eat free.... it must be too soon yet ;)

This is a lot of work, but definitely worth it!

I learned that by giving yourself the one free cheat day, you will not feel so deprived and will be able to stick this out better. As I mentioned, I did this before and lost weight. Just do your best to be good on the "on" days and try to eat as healthy as you can. If you don't understand the label or if your food is coming from a fast food restaurant, then it is probably not healthy.

Thanks Yasminvaldes! You are so right! My trainer insists I have a cheat day. Thanks for the encouragement & great advice!!! Hmmmm now to figure out what I can have on my cheat/free day tomorrow out of town.... lol None of the options look good!!!
