I thought that having a cold cut combo sub from Subway would be the best idea until I printed the Nutritional info and saw how much sodium and how much fat is in it.

Will need to rethink my food choices a lot better on the weekend...

I get the veggie delight and get a squirt of the sweet onion dressing on all the veggies. It's really good and only 4 or 5 points. Low in fat too.

I get the 6" turkey breast on wheat, no cheese, with lettuce, tomato, pickles, black olives and jalepenos with honey mustard dressing and it's only 5 points! Look up the different breads.....it's makes a difference :)
