Hope you all had a wonderful New Years. I saw some old friends from school and they all commented on my weight it felt good. So some tips to lose and keep off the weight. 1: Drink lots of water. 2: chew your food completely this will cause it to take up more room and fill you faster and help you digest better. 3: If your lifting weights and doing aerobic exercise lift first then do your aerobic, this will increase your lose.
