1753 kcal Fat: 42.02g | Prot: 115.47g | Carb: 198.31g.   Breakfast: full circle milk, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Egg White, Kraft Feta Cheese, kraft swiss. Lunch: marketplace hummus, baby carrots, flatout, albacore tuna, kraft light mayo. Dinner: soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, Italian Orzo, ipa, pork chop. Snacks/Other: Clif Builder's Peanut Butter. more...
