Last two weeks have been a somewhat struggle. More like a yoyo thing, on the program one day off the next. I was disappointed in my lab reports concerning my cholesterol and sort of "rebelled". Today I will get back on track and have made up my mind that regardless of the reports, I am going to still try to loose the weight and eat healthy. Somethings are just hereditary and beyond my control, but those things that are within my control I will give it my best shot. The main keep is to try to be healthy.
