Paketbote's Journal, 16 December 2015

Okay guys :) this is how I currently look (after training and after eating over my calories in the evening, but not relaxing my belly) without filters in slightly unflattering lighting.
As you can see, I'm still pretty muscular, although I haven't lifted heavy this year, it's just genetics and martial arts, haha^^ I store most of my fat in my belly, so this is the part of my body I feel the most insecure about but I'm slowly learning to love every part of myself on this journey, which is the most important thing.
