you are still making progress! That's what matters Smile your body is probably getting used to the exercise, that's why losses are slow-ish. I just checked your food diary and you are eating pretty little for the amount of exercising you're doing. You could try eating a bit more calories bit by bit, to get your metabolism going again. Good luck!!

Battle of the Tummy Bulge
You cannot spot reduce fat.

You could try to build up some muscle or just continue losing fat Smile It will dissapear eventually, that's what I'm aiming for Wink
