I took my final today. "Schools out for summer" (Remember that song) Now I can think about going to the gym. It has been 14 days of mindful eating and I feel that I am getting stronger in how I see food and what I put into my beautiful body. I don't want to put to much pressure on myself. I don't want to set myself up for failure as I have done in the past. First things first. Get my eating under control. Get more energy then maybe start going to the gym. I still have my membership there.
