Not a horrible day, but I had a birthday celebration and overdid it at launch.

Al least I had some exercise on the karting track (oh boy, am I broken!).
273.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 85.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
