Only eating meat, veggies, and fruit and good fats since stomach issue. Scale bumped up from 175.8 to 177 after 5 days of eating this way. The bump only happened the last night though? I am losing fat though. I have been doing class religiously . Hopefully this is muscle we are adding. Continue this track.
