I have to be careful with my thinking about eating it's so easy to justify to myself about eating something I shouldn't have and it's so easy to do that I have to retrain my thinking I don't want to make it too difficult but Mike thank you about food has to change that's the only way I will succeed and getting more healthy that's the reason I want to lose weight to be more healthy to walk up stairs and I'll huff and puff to walk through a parking lot without having to use my inhaler to catch my breath today is day 8 of mind for eating I lost 5 pound the first week I think of it as a five pound bag of fat like a 5 pound of sugar.
