Summer's coming to a close. Kids are back in school ((today)). I slacked off big time during the hot, kid scheduled days of summer. Went through a huge depressed emotions that I gained the pounds and inches back that I had previously lost pre-summer. I'm back on track now and in the gym first thing in the morning. I'm starting out with a long, slow regimen to get my blood and oxygen pumping (about a 3 hour workout), metabolism back on the fast track (eating clean and every 2 hours, no food after 6pm), and hydrating (1.5 gallons per day, with lemon juice added to the first 2 glasses of the day). My goal is to fit back into those clothes that have been hiding in my closet and to look and feel great for the MC Ball in November. ~Veni, Vidi, Vici~
