back at it after a long weekend eating waaaay off the plan and drinking, too. Started at a new gym today and had a good workout. Moved over the weekend into our new house. Things are okay. I’m not going to step on the scale, though, for a week as I re-bound after pie, turkey gravy, cocktails, etc. ugh. Definitely feeling as though the scale went up even after just 4 days of falling off the wagon. Going to make turkey soup today
