Lost a little over a pound. Not much of a Thanksgiving yesterday. My uncle finally passed at 1:45 this morning. My cousin isn't expected to last more than a few days either. It's been so hard for my aunt. She said she feared they would pass together. It will be a long couple of days.
223.2 lb Lost so far: 30.8 lb.    Still to go: 63.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
