I really don't know what is wrong. I think I am doing everything exactly but am NOT loosing and now gaining. UGGGGHHH

You are not eatting 17 to 20 net carbs of foundation veggies. I would also venture to say your not eatting enough. 1800 min for women. As a starting point this is where i would start>
