Trying to balance carbs/fat/proteins, get my 10K+ steps a day, and I'm at day 13 of the 30-day Squat Challenge (did 130 squats this morning!). Happy to see some results (almost 4 lbs lost in 2 weeks). Am I ready to push through the Thanksgiving holiday and the onslaught of Christmas parties and goodies? I think so.
