Well over the calorie count!!!!! Not good! I had my Aunt over to try to take her mind off her terminally ill daughter and husband. She needed a break and I needed to be sure she was eating and KFC is her favorite food. I know she eats very little because she's home alone and doesn't like to cook for herself. Sent her home with the leftovers so I know she'll eat for the next two days. She weighs only 95 pounds and is very tiny height wise. She also sounds like she is getting pneumonia so need to keep after her to take care of herself. She is calling the doctor today to see if she can prescribe something for the cold she has had for over two weeks. Also making final arrangements for her husband which can't be easy. I will call her later today to make sure she is taking care of herself.
But with that being said, it is no excuse for going way off the diet. Time for discipline and healthy eating (Not exactly the best week to start, but have to start somewhere.) Onward!
