Taking a weigh in because for the last week I have had my daughter and future son-in-law in house. They like to go out to eat, but there was a good amount of reserve of their usual eating habits, knowing that they should be conscientious with their Spring wedding on the chart. It is amazing how much power to influence is in the act of losing weight and getting in shape. We don't have to advertise or mention it, but the results are constantly apparent and the family feels empowered to think to themselves that they want to get some order and control of their eating habits and not because I tell them it is a good idea, but they see me living it out. So, even with evening glasses of wine and several fast food visits, I reduced by 1.8 pounds over the last 8 days. I should mention that there was daily swimming, walking and bicycling. My guests loved it.
