Mixed feelings this morning. I checked my weight and I am happy and sad at the same time. I was hoping to see more weight off. but at the same time I am happy with the numbers because i am out the 340's and 330's. I know just will work harder to keep my eating in check (low/no carb) and keep my body moving to burn these calories. I can't weight to make it to 300lbs. Still giddy that I am away from where I was last Monday. yes yes....I know it has only been a week. but it has been a hard week for me. It has tested my will power. I caved a couple times....very small. caves but still a fall. But I am still super grateful.
327.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 77.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
